Third Party “Closing” Opinions
When the sale of a business entity or unit is contemplated, an accurate, independent statement to a non-client third party is typically sought. This document represents an assurance, based upon an audit of the business to be sold, that assets claimed are owned, and that contractual and other documentation are legally binding and enforceable. Such letters provide acquirers with unbiased, professional due diligence, against which to compare their own.
KMKSC has been advising clients on transactional and commercial finance law for seventy years, and is thus a credible source of third-party due diligence.
