Antitrust and Trade Regulation
Antitrust problems can arise from a number of areas of business activity, including pricing, marketing, acquisitions or mergers, the exploitation of intellectual property rights and various forms of cooperation between business entities. Considerable experience with antitrust actions and the complicated law they involve is essential to successful representation in, or prevention of, antitrust actions. KMKSC attorneys can provide this experience and our attorney team includes the past chair of a number of American Bar Association antitrust committees.
To assist management, KMKSC attorneys apply our experience to assessing the risks of current and intended practices or transactions to minimize antitrust exposure while achieving business objectives and imperatives. We also counsel U.S. clients regarding regulation of antitrust/competition in Europe and other significant global markets.
We also advise clients from abroad on any antitrust implications of proposed activity within U.S. jurisdictions. Naturally, should litigation be required, KMKSC has the resources and experience to defend our clients interests to the fullest extent.
