Michael Stueland works as a creditors’ rights lawyer and litigator in commercial lawsuits. His work includes the handling of contract cases and litigation matters to recover and liquidate commercial debt on a volume basis.
Michael’s duties continually involve him in all aspects of preparation for litigation in Wisconsin courts, including the preparation of witnesses, taking depositions and conducting discovery. As a result, he has the experience to marshal arguments and evidence to optimize recovery for clients.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Michael gained experience as a business manager facing many of the commercial issues our clients encounter first hand. His operational management experience includes accountability for financial and accounts receivable performance as well as supply chain and personnel management responsibilities. He has also negotiated contracts and liability insurance in the non-profit sector.
