- Presented and argued cases before the Wisconsin Court of Appeals and the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
- Extensively litigated for various large commercial entities breach of contract and breach of warranty matters as well as numerous UCC issues both as plaintiff and defense counsel. As the result of this area of practice secured a multi million dollar recovery for a major oil company.
- Litigation as plaintiff and defense counsel in construction contracts and projects including extensive experience in construction arbitration. As a part of this litigation, successfully defended a major window manufacturer in a multi-million dollar lawsuit involving a major condominium project.
- Continuing representation of a major American fertilizer company in defense of agricultural chemical liability matters. His work in this area includes the successful defense of this company through the use of sophisticated satellite and computer technology in a $12,000,000 lawsuit, including an award of a substantial six-figure recovery for the client.
- Continued representation of a large agricultural commodities firm in prosecution and defense of Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act (PACA) matters both in courts and administrative bodies.
- Through the unique use of Federal Rule 68 and Wis. Stat. 807.01 has obtained for clients numerous successful settlements including costs and interests not normally recoverable.
- Successfully litigated a case before the United States District Court, Northern District of Illinois regarding the validity of a personal guarantee, resulting in judgment in the amount of $1,843,648.10.
- Successfully litigated a breach of contract case in the United States District Court, Eastern District of Wisconsin, which resulted in a judgment of $1,000,000.
- Successfully pursued for clients several appeals that resulted in the appellate court overturning decisions by trial courts adverse to the clients.
